･ Be Web Site is a snapshot of Be's Web site. To tour the facility, open this folder and drop the "index.html" file onto your favorite Web browser. You'll find descriptions of the BeBox and Be OSｪ, information about the Be Developer Program and Be User Groups, and plenty more.
･ The Be User's Guide folder contains the Be User's Guide in Adobeｨ Acrobatｨ □("Be User's Guide.pdf") and PostScriptｪ ("Be User's Guide.ps") formats. The User's Guide describes the hardware and the applications that you get with each BeBox.
･ The Be Book is the programmer's reference manual for the Be OS. The software is written in C++ and is divided into topical "kits" (Interface Kit, Storage Kit, Media Kit, and so on). If you're a programmer, the Be Book will give you a taste of Be's software API and programming conventions, and might even suggest possibilities for new applications. The Be Book folder contains Acrobat and PostScript copies of the book. You'll also find an on-line copy of the Be Book in the Be Web Site (click "Be Developers" and then "The Be Book ...").
･ Be OS 1.1d7 contains libraries, header files, example projects, and other tools that you need to develop a BeBox application using Metrowerksｨ CodeWarriorｨ. If you have a copy of CodeWarrior on your Macintoshｪ, you can use the Be OS 1.1d7 tools to begin writing a BeBox application today!
